Method :
In a vessel add Egg,1/2 table spoon of Baking Soda,1/2 table spoon of Baking Powder,2 table spoon of coconut Milk. Whisk it fully. Based on the consistency add coconut powder ( this varies normally 2-3 table spoon of powder is sufficient ).The final consistency should be thicker like OOTHAPPAM Batter. Please note we are trying to get Burger not Dosai. Accordingly add coconut powder.Whisk again , so that there are no lumps.
In a tawa/dosai kaal , add enough of butter and keep it in low heat. later add this batter in a shape of burger bun. let it cook in both the sides. if you want more crispy add little more butter/ghee. Prepare two such burger bun. Now keep stacking one bun , one cheese slice, one salami,one cheese again bun. If you want you can add some veges in between.keep cooking on the both the sides. Take it away and Enjoy.
