பனிர் பிஸ்ஸா - PANEER PIZZA
Ingredients:
For crust
Paneer 50 grams
Psyllium husk 1 tbl spoon
Black Pepper powder as required
Red chilli flakes as required
Salt as required

For toppings
Onion 1nos.
tomatoes 2 nos
Brocolli - 1/4 flower
Mushroom - 30gms
Jalapeno - 15gms
Cheese grated as required
Paleo masala

Pre-Preparation method:
Toppings
Cut the veggies viz.. onion, tomatoes,brocolli,mushroom, jalapenos into small chunks. Heat the kadai with butter and shallow fry the veggies without jalapeno and cheese, add paleo masala and salt as per taste required.
Crust
Crumble the paneer then add powdered Psyllium husk, pepper, chilli flakes and salt. Blend the mixture in to a smooth paste as batter.
Preparation:
Heat Dosa pan with Butter
1, Spread the Batter in the pan (use wet hands)
2, Roast to semi brown color both sides (takes few seconds)
3, Spread the toppings on one side while on pan till toppings gets enough heat & blend to the pizza(press from top with spatula to get blend)
4, Transfer to the serving plate, add grated cheese and oregano.
