Special kootu 

Payatham paruppu 50g
Kalaparuppu handful 
Thuvaram paruppu handful 
Vegetable (pumpkin,pulangkai,raw banana,broad beans anyone vegetable)
Coconut handful
Jeera 1 tablespoons
Pepper 1 tablespoons
Cashews 5 nos
Oil 1tablespoons
Ghee 1tablespoons
Mustard 1 tablespoons
Coriander leaves handful
Red chilly 3 nos 


Method :


1.soak Channa dal in before night ,as well as soak thur dal before 2 or hours of going cook.
2.now boil payatham paruppu in water.if you are got dal as cooked 1/2 ,add Channa dal .when Channa dal half cooked add thur dal and prepared vegetable.
3.another side,fry coconut and cashews with one spoon of ghee.
On same pan,fry pepper and jeera.
4.dal and vegetable are cooked well add coconut cashew paste,keep boiling.
5.add pepper and jeera powder.
6.on another side,heat pan add oil,following mustard when starts to crack add this to kootu.switch off the stove add coriander leaves .serve with rice,idly,chappati.
